Kittens...that's all.

It wasn't even that sub-par. Jefferson was the main reason the Jazz got back in the game in the 3rd. He is typically a major contributor to losses, but I don't think this one on him. The team was awful.

Hayward I'm sure could start on a lot of different teams knowing he'll get better. Harris would start on a select few teams with terrible starting PG's (Lakers, and uh.... Lakers). Bell absolutely not.

do we have a chance to get something in return for the tpe?

or

for harris, gs pick and an other player (miles?)

seriously, i think no one would take harris. if we want to get rid of harris, we would have to throw in a bigman from our team as well as take a bad contract from the other team in return. i don't like our situation with harris and jefferson right now. millsap as well was kind of showing no heart for the first time this season. big disappointment...

I know it is fun to think "Lets package a whole bunch of nobodies and get a great player" but I don't know any team that is salivating over Miles or Harris.

The only team that would take Harris, is probably the lakers, and they have ZERO tradeable assets.

We have who we have. I don't see any way to change it. I have pretty much lost patience with Miles. He has the talent, but I don't think he'll ever be very good. I hope the jazz let him loose when his contract runs out. Too bad we matched CJ's offer and not Mathews....but that is ancient history

It could be worse everyone. Here's the starting line-up the Nets sent out tonight:

Deron
Keith Bogans
Shawn Williams
Kris Humphries
Sheldon Williams

Bell and Hayward had good games. Hayward missed two open 3's, but other than that he did fine. Bell and Hayward defended their men. None of the Knicks off ball wing's went off (besides Novak who was at the 4 mostly).

that's true. but generally, do you think that they are starter caliber players? i rather think they would be solid bench players, sixth men. hayward is averaging 9 points and 3 assists in 28 minutes per game. bell is averaging 6 points in 23 minutes per game. harris is averaging 9 points and 5 assists in 26 minutes per game. neither of them can consistantly hit a jumper or play solid defense... so i started to wonder a long time ago... we are hooorrrriiiibbbleee at the one, two and three position!

I wonder what the Jazz's scouting report had to say about the Knicks? I wonder if the coaching staff prepared the team for the wrong players?

Bell would possibly be starting on the Timberwolves. They really lack a SG who can be a 5th option and hit open jump shots.
Possibly the Bobcats.
Possibly the Suns.
Possibly the Hornets (with Gordon's constant injuries, clearly not when he is healthy)

I think Hayward is.

Bell isn't ideally, but i think he is good enough to start if he is the fifth option.

I really think that Jazz players partied too much yesterday. It was obvious that most of the team had no energy tonight.

Watson had 0 assists and 2 TO in almost 20 minutes. That's the one stat that shocks me - the 0 assists...

what about getting hedo turkoglu? i'm not a fan of him at all, but he has two or three years left as well as harris. he is a solid outside shooter (40 percent from behind the three point line) and passer (like 5 assists per game). he can become our facilitator and shooter and is a clutch player. a point forward would work in a jazz system. hayward for sure will become a more consistent shooter. i think hedo would be a solid third scoring option. i think hedo and his contract is as much hated from the magic fans as harris from the jazz fans. both have two or three years left, make almost the same money and i really believe hedo could actually help us.

jefferson - favors
millsap - kanter
turkoglu - howard
hayward - bell
watson - tinsley

get a point guard in the draft and maybe use jefferson and filler to upgrade the wing position.

I worry that Watson and the young guys won't be able to play well on the road. Their game's feed off energy and running. That is hard to do on the road.

It usually takes a young team a few years to figure out how to win away from home. Took the Stockton/Malone Jazz a few years to figure it out.

The Jazz were never a very good road team though even with Stock/Malone. We had road records that got us by, but compared to how successful we were at home it was still head scratching they could never get it consistently going on the road.
