Marvin playing like the Marvin we know and love.
He's blowing *** again.

How does that jackass Jefferson miss those putbacks? ****
How can we be happy about a 7-16, 4 assist night? That's not the efficiency the Jazz need from their PG.

I take some comfort in seeing that Burke played well and the Bucks are up on the Sixers. Someone has to win that game, fortunately.
say goodbye to Wiggins and say hello to Gordon!
No.. Take it backsay goodbye to Wiggins and say hello to Gordon!
What? He hit 4 3-pointers, was 2-2 from the line (.592 TS%), creating a lot of his own offense, and had 0 turnovers. That's inefficient? How can we be happy about a 7-16, 4 assist night? That's not the efficiency the Jazz need from their PG.
The good news is Sacramento and Orlando played tonight, and Milwaukee and 76ers play tonight as well. So 2 of our biggest competitors are going to pick up a win tonight also.
What we need to worry about is the Bulls and the Lakers joining the fray. This race has enough ponies already.

7-16 is nothing special. The 0 TO's IS good. But only 4 assists? Burke is shooting 39% for the season thus far. That's TERRIBLE!
Again, 4 3s, 2-2 from the line. That's 20 points on 17 possessions (and a foul drawn...and no turnovers); a fantastic shooting line for anyone in the NBA. Not sure what league you've been watching.7-16 is nothing special.
Was Trey making the right plays? But only 4 assists?
What does that have to do with his performance tonight?Burke is shooting 39% for the season thus far. That's TERRIBLE!
I think we need to concede the #1 spot to Milwaukee. Jazz should also finish better than Sacramento, Philadelphia and Orlando. Phoenix is a great surprise, but both Brooklyn and New York are much, much worse than expected. Lowered expectations on # of wins for the Jazz, perhaps, but still see them in the 6-8 range. That's actually where I had them pre-season, but I also expected to see some great play out of Kanter, Hayward, and Favors. I'm probably more discouraged than ever right now. Hayward and Favors are no better than 3rd/4th options, Kanter is looking like a back-up and Burke is a mid-level PG. Utah may have a nice team with the picks they get, but just don't see them ever contending.
No.. Take it back
Almost twice as likely for the worst team to get a top 3 pick than it is to get the 4th.I can only imagine the meltdown that would occur if we tanked our way to the worst record, and ended up with the 4th overall pick, which is the most likely scenario.
