My tank rank:
1a. Utah
1b. Milwaukee
2. Everyone else.
We only need to worry about Milwaukee, but even then, I am not worried. They are going to get healthy, and then they are going to start playing east teams, which means someone bad has to win. The east teams play like 52 games against each other, so the win totals will definitely be inflated. Milwaukee may have a very strong tank, but they are going to to have the schedule, health and probably pressure to make some trades to get better working against them.
One thing that we consistently underrate as far as the Utah tank is concerned is Mr. DL himself. I feel he is fully committed to tanking, and will do ANYTHING necessary to get the best pick possible. Just on the surface, that means a few things; directing Ty to play Marvin and Jefferson into trade assets, and then probably Brandon Rush as well. While Marvin may actually help the team play better, he will be gone when the schedule gets easy, and tanking really matters. The most comical tank move so far has been the incompetent vets like Lucas, Tinsley and Biedrins.
If the Utah tank really gets in trouble, I think DL might move one or more of our "core 5" assets, probably for a pick or another asset. I see Burks, then Kanter as the most likely to get moved, with Hayward, Burke and Favors becoming more "untouchable" respectively speaking.
