Im glad too but Im still shocked. the narrative all season was that we got Rudy Gay for one reason and one reason only. Playoffs.
Wasn’t it like 2 weeks ago Snyder admitted that Juancho had played hard but that Rudy had a higher ceiling? I remember we both said that that oughta make Juancho feel pretty crappy. And yet… in a playoff game where experience might really matter Q seemed to trust Juancho over the vet in limited mins? Interesting.

Was a good PO game, Not brilliant but we fight hard. Rudy was huge in defense, Don do his job and most important did not try to do all alone in 4th. Mike hit important bucket at money time. We win as a team. IT's far from beeing perfect but i take this one. Hopefully it take out a bit of fear that they clearly have and we can build something from this one.

Is anybody genuinely concerned that the league was deliberately trying to do the Mavs a solid so that they can get Luka into Round 2?

I don't want that to be true, but rewatching the 4th quarter... damn we got a really bad whistle.

Yesterday reminds me of that series vs Denver during the Stockton Malone days. Think it was a second round series. Denver was the 8 seed and had just knocked off the #1 seed Sonics. The jazz went up 3-0, then for three games the reffing became incredibly one sided in favor of the nuggets, then in the 4th game the jazz just obliterated them. I believe Malone went nuts in that game that no amount of bad reffing could help the nuggets. But I remember it being so bad it was like the nba wanted to run with the underdog story after the nuggets did the unthinkable beating the 1 seed Sonics.

I mean, that 6men on the court made no sense. Clarkson was clearly trying to walk to the sideline when the ref handed the ball to the inbounder, and the Bogey no call was pretty glaring

Official report is out. They say it wasn't a foul. (I feel it was! Push before the shot and plenty of body contact coming down.)

Did anyone make a meme of Snyder's face afterwards? That was one of the best I've seen.
