You're missing Lillard and Paul George. Probably Jimmy Butler too atm. Kyrie is a wildcard, but when he's in his groove, he's better too. A fair number of people might take Jaylen Brown.

Don is top 20.

Paul George isn't better. Kyrie isn't better. Jaylen Brown isn't better. Doubtful Lillard comes back better.

You literally said Fox would average 25+ PPG clown.
Yes.

Explain to me what that has to do with what I'm saying?

Fox would average 25 here because he would get the shots, he would have the best vertical spacer on the NBA on his team, he would have some of the best 3pt shooting teammates on his team in the NBA. He's a more talented player than Mitchell is overall.

because Rudy Gobert's presence on a basketball court impacts winning to a very high level. That's why You know that though, you're just being a contrarian
With the way we play, you're right. I expect us to change how we play.

We will likely fall off a little, but not a lot. Depends on if we go for picks, youth, now talent or later talent.

I'd agree with you were it not for the fact that Danny Ainge is experienced, maverick and ****y enough to do whatever he wants. It would not surprise me in the least if Ainge isn't 100% sold on Donovan as a franchise player.

The reasons Mitchell hasn't asked out are because a) he has no leverage this far from free agency, and b) he and CAA need to orchestrate the right situation for him, else he could end up on a .500 team in Sacramento or Detroit for the next 3 years.

Ainge is part time and only hired because he’s friends with Smith. Ryan Smith is a loser who desperately wants to be BFFs with Don. No shot in hell Ainge is executing a plan that isn’t Ryan’s plan.

It’s not Ainge’s decision to be sold or not sold on Don. We’re not trying to win a championship. We’re trying to please a player who is gone no matter what.

He’s not more talented than Mitchell though that’s the thing.

to be fair this is true

Interesting theory.

He is. If you put Mitchell on the Kings as a rookie and put Fox on the Jazz, you'd see wildly different career paths. Fox is succeeding despite his surroundings. Mitchell has succeeded because of his surroundings.

*and no this is not saying Mitchell would be trash without the Jazz, just not as good*
