This one will be interesting since I am guessing it is completely up to the Warriors. I am guessing they will do something very minor. If this was in a game and an NBA decision I think the fine and the suspension would be a lot bigger.

I bet the nba steps in on this one. With video it really changes things and that was about as nasty of a punch as we have seen by an nba player.

Ehhhhhh, there's been dirtier in game punches than this. Draymond got in his face. Poole should have been ready.

To be fair we have no actual context for what happened, how long this has been going on between them, or what was said. Dray is a hot head, but I don't think he would just clock some guy like that over nothing. Not excusing it, but I doubt Poole is some innocent angel in all of this.
imagine you said something wrong and your fellow hit you like green at work. how you feel? is it ok?

No he shouldn't have been ready. You don't expect that type of cheap shot in your own work place environment. Just because there have been dirtier in game punches doesn't change the fact that this was extremely dirty.

BS. If someone is running up to you like that your survival instincts need to kick in.

Again, not excusing it at all, but Poole can't have his hands down after pushing him off.

And the NBA practice court is not the standard workplace environment. People who try to make 1:1 work to NBA comps are being silly.

It's not important, the bad thing is that League and "stars" want to know and punished the guy who leaked it not Green. DG knockout his co employee and everyone called it "things happened"
imagine that we knock out our co worker.
I have walked people out of the business on the spot for such shenanigans. No questions asked. Give me your badge, call HR tomorrow, you are fired. Done and done.

But this is the NBA where toxic masculinity reigns supreme and these guys playing means butts in the seats and money in the bank. Draymond is viewed less as an employee and more as a product or commodity, and you don't generally fire products. I will be shocked if he gets more than a modest fine from the Warriors, and I am sure nothing will come from the NBA directly.

Nah... even Stephen Jackson was on Insta or somewhere saying you can't do that and that he's never done anything like that and it was unacceptable. Called it a sucker punch.

Dray says some wild **** too... so I really don't care what Poole said. No one around was reacting so it could not have been that bad. Dray snapped. You don't expect people to snap. This is a guy he's talked **** with and played ball with for three years and the way he went up on him may have happened literally hundreds of times. Was Poole suppose to run away or some ****... in front of the team he's supposed to get punked. He held his ground then separated and was trying to walk away not engage by putting up his hands. His actions were reasonable and appropriate... Dray ****ing snapped.

You are right... this isn't a standard workplace. These guys are much closer and call each other brothers. There is some trust there that your brother ain't gonna knock your teeth in if you have a dust up.

Again, I never said anything about it being right. You got to put your hands up. Period.

This report is funny
Draymond is clearly most annoying player in NBA
Now he does not like to be annoyed :) :) :) :) :)
