This, exactly

Podz is not undersized.Said everyone about Podz as well. He was also undersized, unlike Kon.
He's on the edge I would say. 6'5 with a 6'5 wingspan. Average height 2'guard with a below average wingspanPodz is not undersized.
I think after the top 6 guys I would take a swing on him. Has some Julius Randle with more passing on offense and some Draymond like stuff on defense. I think he is the top "if this guy figures out shooting" guy. I get the love but I think that Top 6 I feel better about.I love him as much as anybody in this draft and I just don't know how you can ignore his potential fit issues.
Also... Cedric Coward is a guy I have decided I am in on. Has some Khris Middleton vibes.
Also... I think I have decided there is a Cooper tier, a Dylan tier, and then 3-6 is basically a tier to me. If we landed 3 and someone loved Ace... I'd be willing to trade back to 5 or 6 for something really nice. I'd have to think of scenarios and example trades but I am growing fairly indifferent between Ace, VJ, Kon, Tre.
You know he committed to Duke. I would be surprised if he stays in the draft, but maybe he shows really well at the combine.Also... Cedric Coward is a guy I have decided I am in on. Has some Khris Middleton vibes.
I couldn't find many scenarios I loved. Like NOP with the Indy pick they own moving from 5-6 to 3 doesn't excite me. Philly has a Clips pick that I would be really interested in but not sure why they'd be trying to move up like that. Seems like maybe a bit much?4 Tiers for me:
Flagg
Harper
VJ
Ace
Kas
Kon
Tre
Fears
I don't know if the VJ/Ace tier is so far above the 4th tier that I wouldn't consider doing a trade back....the gaps between the tiers get smaller as you go down the tiers. But if we stay at 3 or 4 I think I'm taking one of those two for sure.
I think there's high potential for trade down anywhere from 3-5. A lot of these prospects are polarizing, but that also means that some teams will have strong opinions and fall in love with them.
I do. If a team was willing to take him in the 20s I think he might forego Duke. No idea how much NIL he got. I could see the exposure he gets there pushing him to backend of the lotto if the season goes well. So I would probably agree. You know he committed to Duke. Wiz and other teams don't really have a lot of extra picks or stuff I'd want. Maybe Charlotte, but I am not sure they are in love with Ace... maybe it would be VJ? They have that Heat pick I would very much want.
i'm with you. i might not take VJ until around 6/7, but if the jazz were to take him at 4, at least he's an exciting athlete and i wouldn't be pissed.I didn't know but figured that would be the case. Watching VJ highlights it seems like he is in the 99th percentile for get up.
I don't want the jazz to draft him but if they did then I would immediately be excited for all the highlights he would provide.
He seems to have that Vince career Carter, Zion Williamson, Blake Griffin, Derrick Rose kind of bounce to him.
i'm pretty close, but i think there is a cooper tier, a dylan tier, an ace tier, then probably 4-7 tier with fears, vj, kon and tre. i just don't think there is any chance the jazz pass on ace if they draft 3rd.Also...
