Rubio never playing is what's best for the Jazz. Gobert needs shooters around him. Having a PG that can't shoot won't work with Gobert. Rubio is worse at spacing the floor than Favors.

One incomplete season does not equal career. He has been a great passer all his career. He can throw lobs. There has been issues with his fit but it's not because he can't throw lobs.
