I wonder if the G-League rookies will make the Rising Stars game more competitive. Got to think Scoot/Miller/Sidy have something to prove and that will raise the stakes?
My bet is this part is WAY more entertaining than the actual all-star game will be. It is boring as **** to see these guys trotting down court and trying to let each other score 70 points in a quarter. Won't be long and the games will be flirting with the 200 point mark, PER TEAM.I wonder if the G-League rookies will make the Rising Stars game more competitive. For sure, and rookies/sophomores already feel a lot more to prove than 14x All-stars like Harden for instance.I wonder if the G-League rookies will make the Rising Stars game more competitive. Got to think Scoot/Miller/Sidy have something to prove and that will raise the stakes?

didnt realize they did it last year as wellFor guys like Miller and Sidy, I think it does. People can see what they look like on the same floor as recent elite prospects. It didn't hurt Dyson Daniels last year when he looked like he belonged.
no reason why not since it is in SLC after all. you dont have to play a lot in your rookie season to get home cooked loving lol
