What's new

Do you BYU guys stop.....EVER

Without looking anything up i come up with: Pitta, Collie, Beck, Hall, George, Nixon, kehl, and unga all being either drafted or at least in the nfl in some form.

Holy ****. Worse than I wouldve thought.

There really isn't a single argument that can be made for byu's program being on the same level as Utah's. I don't think even the biggest Utes homer could've imagined there would be this much of a power shift in such a short time.

If byu doesnt find a way into the big 12 or start having some undefeated Indy seasons soon, they are absolutely toast.

Plus brady poppinga was with green bay. Im probably missing a bunch of others but like i said that is just off the top of my head only thinking about it for about 10 seconds

Just cause there is a bunch of practice players doesnt mean the coaches don't produce the players to their full potential

This is the list:
Beck, John - 2nd string QB
Collie, Austin- 2nd string WR. Concussions have hurt his career so far but he's a douche anyway
Denney, John- Practice player?
Fangupo, Hebron- Practice player?
Feinga, Ray- Practice player?
Jacobson, McKay- Practice player?
Kehl, Bryan- Practice player?
Keisel, Brett- This guy is a freakin monster. I'll give you guys this one
Pitta, Dennis- 2nd string TE, not bad either
Reynolds, Dallas- Practice player?
Reynolds, Matt- Another practice player?
So'oto, Vic- Practice player?
Tahi, Naufahu- Practice player?
Tonga, Manase- 2nd string FB
Unga, Harvey- Practice player?
Vakapuna, Fui- Practice player?

Loses all his NFL potential when going to BYU.....

Hey when i listed those byu players in the nfl i was not trying to say that they were all great players/contributors in the nfl.

See your quote above? Loses ALL his nfl potential when going to BYU..... Sounds like you are saying that if you go to byu then you have no chance to make the nfl.

So i was just proving you wrong is all.

Feel free to eat your crow with your next meal

Utah finally plays a "big boy schedule" and goes like 6-6 right? And thats without playing Oregon or Stanford. So like a medium sized boy schedule.

Lots of BYU fans embarrassing the hell out of themselves in this post.

Interesting take. All I've seen is a couple of Utah fans take a few minutes from snorting lines, slapping hookers, and bonging beers to make ridiculous statements, only to be proven wrong a few posts later.

More of the same, nothing to see here. Carry on.

4-5 in conference without playing the two best teams in the conference, when Utah becomes a legitimate pac 12 contender I will be impressed. As of right now they are absolutely the middle of the pack. Not saying I am impressed with BYU either, but Utah fans think they have accomplished something just by being in the pac 12. And Utah fans are white trash redneck wife beaters. That is all.

And seriously, where is Salty? Do we need to start talking about how Laptop Computers will never be overtaken by iPhones in order to trip his "JazzFanz needz meez" meter?

Just to be clear, last year sucked. It was one of the most painful football seasons the Utes have had in a while. The loss to Colorado was an absolute kick in the balls.

Last year was Utah's rock bottom for the foreseeable future.

If Utah's bottom is middle of the Pac12, a 54-10 beat down of byu at their place and winning a decent bowl game, then things are looking good.

PS: I have no idea why I'm arguing with you tards. Guess that makes me a tard also.

Eat crow?!?!?!?! I will eat crow if you can put a player in the NFL that will make an impact. BYU recruits get so much hype about them when its not needed

Utes would of been in the Pac12 title game had they not screwed the pooch vs CU. That was the worst loss I've ever witnessed. The Utes went 8-5 with Jon Hays as the QB .......

Yeah it was rough.

As far as the worst game ever, I'd have to go with the camo black out game against TCU. The pre kick off atmosphere was the most insane I've ever witnessed. The stadium was about to launch itself off the freaking ground. Then we got hit by a freight train almost immediately. I can't imagine how crazy the crowd would've gotten if it had been a close game. I Still feel robbed.

This explains a lot. No wonder you guys are SO DAMN PROUD of that 3rd place trophy -- you are, and always will be, mired in mediocrity. The great news for Utah haters like myself, is now it will be on a much grander scale. Hooray for the Sac12!

Is it true that byu's entire schedule next year will consist of schools in Idaho?

Utah has a lot to prove. They're middle of the Pac IMO... And if Wynn doesn't perform (so they have to go with a freshman), then they'll be lower end Pac school. Folks are gonna zero in on that running game and force the pathetic Utah QBs to throw the rock. Good-luck with that with terrible/inexperienced QBs and inexperienced O-line.

BYU is in 3rd place IMO. Utah is obviously the most interesting because of their schedule. Utah St. might be the 2nd best team in the state. I'm interested to see what Anderson does with them this next year. While BYU is yawn. Even if they end up being good (which I'm not so sure a team with Riley Nelson at QB ever can be that good) who the hell cares? Beating up on teams like Idaho is about as fun to watch as watching paint dry.

BYU could go undefeated next year and no one (nationally) would care. Half their schedule consists of good HS teams playing games at 8-8:30 PM. Ugh! November last year was worthless. Lavell Edwards Stadium became a cemetery after the Utah game. BYU didn't play anyone that mattered. I don't see that changing this year... Or in any year. Teams are gonna be focused on their conference schedules in Oct/Nov. Which is why Independence sucks so bad!

Wake me up once BYU swallows its' pride and gets into a big conference with meaningful games. Until then, GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO UTES (and Aggies!)!
