What's new

Does Kanter show Jazz made mistake in these playoffs ......

Jerry Sloan quit too.

Yeah, Jerry quit after 20+ years here, after 2 trips to the finals, after a rebuilt, after have buried his freaking wife while he was coaching whining kids.

Kanter quit because he wanted kebab and there was only burgers that morning, and because Gobert looked like a starter and he (still) doesn't.

It's the same thing.

New guy by the way, long time stalker blah blah... Hi everyone.

Quitting is underrated.

We should be slamming "premature quitting" (gave up while still had a chance to win, left a job that was very good because they got pi$$ed off one day, turned around half way up the mountain with energy to spare, filed for divorce after first serious marital fight, etc).

But all quitting is not bad.

John Stockton, age 40 -- what a quitter. If someone sucks at something or does not love what she is doing, continuing is insanity, quitting is sensible.

John Stockton retried at the end of the season. He finished what he started. Hell he played every ****ing game his last season. Quitting in the middle of the season is bad, just like Sloan did and just like what Kanter did. Just funny how we give Sloan a pass.

Enes Kanter is winning.
maxed out player sitting on the bench.

now that's hilarious. He played 6 minutes thus far and it's the 4th quarter. Could have signed like 40 different players at max money with more value.

OK, lets put it this way - in the summer OKC calls and they are like "Give us our pick back + a second rounder for Kanter at his 17M salary" ... do you do it? I don't...

Yes because you can get more than that for Kanter if you trade him again.
