Ines Sainz Controversy & female reporters in men's locker room

Throwing footballs to get a better look, whistling, and making comments (well, depending on how far the line is crossed here) aren't too radical or something that was too unexpected from the Jets.

Sounds like the Jets' owner wasn't the only Woody Johnson in the locker room when this all took place.

Before any kind of ruling or judgment is passed on this situation I hope the judge will acknowledge that the Jets only had 6 first downs. That should say something about their testicular fortitude and thus the danger that they really represented to Ines.

That said, she's probably using this as a springboard for a new job to ya know, further her career. Okay, okay, to triple her salary because now she'd be a household name that any organization would not steer clear of and quite the contrary overpay her for because ya know, she's semi-famous, and every red-blooded male in America not named Archie would watch anything she had to say.

And to complete the cycle, we've continued from "she was asking for it" to "getting harrassed was good for her."

What an amazing group of people we have on jazzfanz.

You don't think there's a (strong) possibility that this was a contrived media ploy to get her name out there?

Even I am not cynical enough, or sexist enough, to have my default presumption be "it's all contrived and a ploy to help her career; I'm sure the gentlemen behaved appropriately."

Seriously dude, you don't blame the victim as a reflex.

Bro, we're talking on a forum here. If I'm directly involved in the situation here, I of course act accordingly both as a professional and a human being. That said, if the thought didn't cross your mind in today's "get rich quick" world, you're head's buried in the sand. Just sayin'.

Frankly, I believe your record regarding disrespect for women speaks for itself.

The least surprising development of this entire thread was your initial comment being what you want to do to the woman in question.

Plain and simple the Jets need to be addressed that made the comments, but the reporter should be spoken with as
well about her appearance. She's in a working environment as well as the Jet players. In all cultures we are treated by our clothing and "style". From sluts to goths. It doesn't make it right but that is life. She is a professional on NFL property and should dress appropriatly. The same as the Jets should act appropriatly.

My record where? On a sports' message board? That's laughable. But yes, you're right about your second statement.

Until she is fired and replaced by a younger hotter model.

These are professionals people.

There are not many ugly people on tv. That is how the world works. People get jobs because of physical attributes they were born with. Just ask Lebron James.
