Looking at advanced metrics for Rubio and subbing out Ricky for Kemba would make us really really good.
And do the same for Williams vs our starting PF's
Lamb for Hood.

I think you're pretty severely undervaluing Kamba.I'd think about Marvin and Kemba for Favors, Burks, and a highly protected first. Marvin adds a competent stretch 4 (albeit on an iffy contract) and I think Kemba and Mitchell can play together. Rubio moves to backup point guard until we unload him. Hornets get to start unloading contracts (Favors contract is especially nice) and get a serviceable wing and a protected first out of the deal.

We will be most successful with the ball in Donovan’s hands. We can get scorers but they can’t be ball dominant.
People not wanting to deal a 20-30 pick or hamper the ability to trade a future pick by having protections on it for Niko, but willing to jettison draft pick, Hood, and a **** ton of cap space to get a ball dominant PG.
