This is the exact trade scenario i have come up with too (minus the Marc Cohen part, which is intriguing)

Memphis would get out of one more year of prince and also upgrade for a #playoffpush this year. although Marvin wouldn't be playing STRETCH FOUR (brought to you by Locked on Jazz) for Memphis, i think it would be a good move for them.

Agree. I'd only accept a top-3 restriction on the pick, which they should go for. Memphis gets better and also gets cap relief in the process. Jazz have the GS and Memphis pick. Even if both make the playoffs, that should be enough to trade up into the mid-teens.

I know I'm in a big minority, but guys like Marvin (at least with how he's playing now) are key to have on championship caliber teams. I hope he re-signs next year and can be that solid vet on the bench.

Though if the Jazz traded him and got a good deal I wouldn't complain at all.
