Living in a ****ty place and being able to communicate with everyone < living in a good place and not understanding random people that you probably dont care about

If your home was built within the last 20 years there is a good chance that at least one guy that didn't speak fluent English had a hand in it's construction. Believe it or not some people can speak more than one language. They call them managers.
