I consistently described her as a pretty standard politician. I said she was competent. I said she'd be pretty predictable and essentially more of the same, which I was perfectly okay with compared to the ****ing clown show Trump is continuing to be.

Let me describe "standard politician" for you. Someone who is essentially dishonest, self-interested, tells people what they want to hear, makes empty promises, knows how to play the game, knows how to work with other standard politicians for their mutual benefit and not necessarily the benefit of the people.

Since politicians are typically the people who hold political offices I'm okay with politicians. It doesn't mean I hold them in high regard.

But Trump isn't a standard politician. He's a demagogue. He's petty and small. Every bit as dishonest as any politician, he's just too unskilled at the political arts to keep us safe.

I'll take a standard politician over Trump any day of the week and Hillary Clinton fit that bill. I absolutely did not build her up as though she was amazing. I simply refused to agree that she was some demon woman. Big difference.

I know this was your stance. In essence it was my stance too although I legitimately believe she is worse than a standard politician. However there were times you staunchly defended her even before it became clear Trump was leading the charge so I can see where the idea comes from that you are a strong Clinton supporter. You need to go back and read some of your posts. At one point I figured you had dropped the libertarian bent for the Clinton camp.

You had that stance sometimes, but Im pretty sure at one point you said Eff it, she is great, and would be a great president, yada yada yada. Along those lines.

It appears that Im a right winger. I wont deny it. But Im really not. Just more annoyed with what the left is doing right now. I mean, its more like the fake left. The neoliberals if you will. They way they are conducting themselves right now, just stands out more than anything. They seem to be holding the torch of ridiculousness right now. When Bush was in office I felt the same way. Maybe I just hate whoever is in power. I dunno. Either way, its undeniable that the Democrats are being ducking stupid right now.

Im completely open minded when it comes to politics. I, like everyone else just want to see our country succeed and do good. Had Bernie Sanders been given the nomination I probably would have voted for him. But in hindsight, he ended up folding and supporting Hillary Clinton. So Im not so sure he is a good guy anymore

As far as Trump goes, Im waiting to see what happens. Im not going to believe what the left has to say about him because they dont want to tell the truth about anything, and are just a bunch of gas lighters and race baiters. Im not falling for it like a lot people are.

The majority of people on this board are Utahns and the majority of those are LDS. The majority vote Republican. Maybe certain groups are more or less vocal but that doesnt change the facts.

you need to catch em in the ACT. there is no evidence of hacking.

yes there is 0 evidence of an actual hack! meaning the mails could have come from a leak, or a hack. but nonetheless the russian hacked everyhting.

There were times when I highlighted her strengths, which she has some of, especially in comparison to Trump, who I've always openly admitted I hate with a white hot passion.

Some good came from 9/11 (country more united than I ever saw it, patriotism at an all time high) but that doesn't mean I'm happy with how that was achieved (Planes hitting our buildings and killing lots of people).

Same here. I can be happy with the corruption being exposed and the dnc hopefully being forced to change and be better going forward, and still be concerned about how the exposure happened.

I know you dont like facts but...

The CIA and the FBI have both agreed that there was hacking and have proof of it. You are also just talking about the Email hacking. You are forgetting that the FBI caught Russian Hackers in the midst of hacking voter registration in at least 3 states.


Both agencies and their leaders Comey and Clapper agree that the goal of Russia was to try and help get Trump elected. These are not liberal reports. These are the reports directly from the CIA and the FBI.

ooh really i dont do death threats.

and the ok's where about climate change. as is tstaed YES the climate changes. but i doubt co2 has a lot to do with it.
then i get links about proof that the climate is changing. so yeah what am i supposed to say. i agree the climate changes so i say ok.

but there is no conclusive settled science ******** that it is co2. it is a very flawed way of science the way models are.
