Jefferson or Millsap for 5th pick and Garcia?

He could be. His motor sucks. His work ethic is greatly in question. However, his size, skill, and athleticism is something most won't have the guts to pass on.
I'm not saying how good I think he will be, I'm stating where I think he'll be drafted.

I actually like Lamb (one of the few guys I've actually seen since he plays in the only conference I watch.) But not at 5 which, I think, is the purpose of this thread. Late lotto guy, solid risk on talent, but not enough that I'd hand away Millsap, let alone the GS pick on top that.

I think he has too many question marks. There is a bunch of other talent that could be picked ahead of him. I don't think I would take him in the top 15. I Know this may be a limb I am going out on, but I gonna run with it. Maybe the NBA GM's will agree with me and let him slip. I wouldn't be surprised.

Until after the fact, I would take whatever KOC says with a grain of salt. The fact that he's said that the price may be too high to get into the lottery, tells me two things. 1) he's trying to get into the lottery, and 2) if he can't get into the lottery, then he's already told us why.

Not sure how you figure it's at all relevant, but thanks for letting us know his dad's name is Damian as well .. I guess.
Yeah but he's turning 22 in July - I think because he had to take 1 year off due to injury...
I was "do anything to get Lillard" about 2-3 months ago. Now I'm not so sure.
- He'll be 22 years old when he starts his NBA career.
- Up to this point he's only played in mediocre competition.
- Portland is looking at him at #6 which seems to be to be way too high (as a product of a lack of PG in this draft I suspect).
- He's still learning the rope in terms of playing the PG position (I do acknowledge though that the likes of Westbrook aren't traditional PG)
At the end of the day - I think KOC is too level headed to take Lillard anywhere near the #6 pick. At any event, we'd probably have to mortgage our house to get him - and that's definitely not KOC's style.
That's why I think Marquis Teague is a sleeper in this draft. Expectations were sky high for him at the beginning of the year. He was next in the line of lottery PGs at Kentucky after Wall and Knight. He didn't meet expectations, was playing on a team loaded with talent at every position, and he kinda slid. He's still the same guy though and could still end up being the best PG in this year's draft.
Lillard is a good athlete who works hard and can really shoot the ball. It's hard to see how he busts.
