    Following potential 2012 draftees

Man, if the Jazz keep winning these home games and continue improving, we may not be sniffing any of these top lotto players. I love watching the Jazz win, but dang, will we have to settle for Terrence Ross or Myers Leonard after salivating over Gilchrest and Drummond?

I didn't mean for Barnes to sound like a boobie prize. He would be a nice fit for this Jazz squad who desperately needs shooting, but I tend to agree with those who see him as more of a spot-up shooter, rather than a Dwayne Wade type who gets to the rim and puts a ton of pressure on defenses...

    Following potential 2012 draftees

I've probably said this before, but based upon my experience with KOC's previous drafts, the Jazz will always take the player who is the most refined offensively at a position of need. I have a hard time seeing any scenario where the Jazz select MKG in this draft unless he drops below his...

REMINDER: CJ Miles is only 7 months older than Jeremy Evans.

They both be too old. It's a youth movement, right?

I may have already said this, but my ideal draft would be Drummond and MKG.

    Official Record Prediction Thread

22-44 Jazz get most of those wins early on in the schedule, and then it all comes crashing down again when the road schedule gets brutal. The lottery lads will keep us all excited for next season, though.

    Mike Dunleavy, Jr?

If he has aspirations of coaching and wants to be a mentor without eating up valuable minutes for the youngsters, then go for it.

Who is our long term #1 Superstar Stud?

Yet to be drafted. If the Jazz are miserable over the next few seasons, and if KOC utilizes his assets (expiring deals and eventually cap space) to pick up even more draft picks, then maybe the Jazz can get lucky and get a guy of championship caliber. They don't come along often.

I have to read this thread more often. It's too fun. I thought Jabari Parker was going to BYU. He said something about it being his "religion", right?

I absolutely loved Chuck Hayes in college. I was hoping the Jazz would pick him up in the 2nd round, or at least bring him into camp. I'm not at all surprised he's a solid rotation player in the league, even though he's undersized.

I think Millsap clocked Enes in the mouth as Paul drove and scored over him.

Keep up the great conversations PKM! I love the draft. Is it wrong of me to hope the Jazz are terrible this season (hopefully a shorter, less painful season)? I'll definitely root for Golden State to be fairly bad, but not too bad. Drafting MKG or Barnes would be a nice get, and then...

If there are no Jazz games this year...

I was hoping for Henry, but I thought the Jazz might go Patterson or even Aldrich (I had mentally prepared for Ostertag part II). Gordon was a total shock when his name was called, but then I realized he was a KOC type player all the way (see Kanter, Koufos, Tomic, Almond, etc.). Hopefully, he...

    Al Jefferson 10-11 Season Mix

Wasn't Big Al's thumb injured during a preseason game, with no chance to heal until the offseason? If that was affecting him, he could be back to 100% whenever the season starts.

To a farmer, there is nothing "beautiful" about a wild horse. The thing needs to be tamed and hitched to a plow in order to provide any value at all.
