    Brooklyn @ Utah 7pm MST

I dont really see that much of a change in Favors play. He is getting a scoreing boost because he is getting more touches in scoreing possition. I dont have data to support my claim but I see it that way. In addition, last year Ingles was the player that determined if we won or lost by his...

    Porzingis For Mitchell

He would have been a rental most likely. Would be nice if he was healthy, but dont think he would have stayed long term.

You gotta see this tweet "cat guy"

Utah needs to throw endorsements at Jazz players for everything. Make utah the place you go to make money even if you are a scrub. Not from contracts but from every company that has any root in utah. Players faces should be everywhere. That would go a long way in getting free agents. Good...

IS RUDY GOBERT GIVING HIS "ALL" ON DEFENSE?

Rudy isnt going 100% after blocks like he did earlier in his career. That is because he is staying down better which helps him be in position to rebound. His length bothers shots and his reputation so he doesnt have to send every shot into the rafter. But he is ending more possession.

    Rockets Beatdown Highlights

Imagine what Favors stats would have been if they would have gone to him when the rockets put in the small lineup. I think they had tucker on Favors. We didnt go to the post once during that stretch.

If you could bring back any former Jazz player

If you look at the 3 point shooters in the league at the time 33.2% was pretty good. Almost nobody shot them and not encouraged. His percentage would go up in todays game.

If you could bring back any former Jazz player

Pistol for sure on the offensive side would be like Nash and Manu only with better range. Dont know about defense. Griffith would be a great pick with his 3pt shoot and defense and speed. Ak would work in the league today. I think he would have improved his outside shooting since I think...

    D-Favs appreciates the love

What I like about his resigning is that he was the only player on the team you could put on the heavy weight centers of the league. Faves can defend guys that Gobert just cant. If Faves gets the corner 3 down he will be a huge factor for utah.

    Exums feet

I have seen some great defense from Exum when he is on the floor. The one knock I have had against him is his footwork. I saw vast improvements last night. Exum has the tools and if he continues to learn the fundementals and not just rely on natural ability he will be a scary man on the wing.

i'm quite disgusted with the NBA refs tonight turning a blind eye to westbrook's actions.

Anyone else think that the whole team and coaching staff had alot of the early stuff planned?

    Disregard Mirotic, Aquire Favors!

Favors is more mobil this year. He isnt a huge focus for the offense, but he finds ways to contribute. What he does is allow gobert to be more aggressive on blocks because Fav is there to come in backside for rebounds or pick up goberts man on the dish. I also dont hate that favors roams the...

Is Favors in the long-term plans at this point?

We have no idea what either Favors or Gobert are capable of on offence. Because our system is based largely on wings and 3s. Favors and Gobert are mostly getting touches out past the top of the key and way outside scoring range. They are probably the 3rd option in the offence.

Early Start on Predictions for 2015-2016 - Derrick Favors

I think that Favors is in the wrong system to get allstar or MVP. Utah does not have a primary person that the ball goes through to set up the offense. Because he will be dependent on passes and missmatchs to get point it will hinder his stats. Though I think they should work with Favors on...

Newsok's Berry Tramel: "Kanter had no defensive mentor with Jazz"

What happened to gobert? He had no defensive mentoring. He must have an otherworldly potential that will come out if we could only get him a mentor.

All Good in the HOOD *Highlights*

Hood and Hayward are a good pair to have on the floor together. Both can create, shoot the 3, run an offense and have handles. Gives the Jazz the ability to open up the middle for fav and stifle.

    Good Read on Favors

I always thought fav was under utilized. Played good D but was an afterthought on the offensive end. Now with he is showing he can be a primary offensive threat though he doesn't demand that role.

Dennis Lindsey brings the Jazz a championship

Show time lakers. That and no bench.

Trey is a Chucking Ball Hog

Didn't watch the game, but my guess would be defense. You don't have to be great if the other team looks worse. Im also betting that the bulls O rebs were pretty good.

Which Jazz player would benefit the most from +3 inches height and +4 inches wingspan?

I went booker. Then he would have the body he needs for the way he plays. Evens was tempting.
