Trade idea for Horford

Neto was so much better for us than Mudiay has been (health aside which was definitely always an issue for Raul)

If you’re saying otherwise, have you watched the Jazz before?

Have you watched basketball before? Mudiay has played 66% of his available games. Neto has also played 66% of available games. They both suck.

Lmao well played @JazzyFresh.

Mudiay was awesome yesterday, and I'm impressed with his development overall. As I am consistently impressed in the Jazz development staff and personnel decisions overall. The FO is way smarter than the fans, and that is shown time and again.

I am curious what happens to the rotation when Conley returns. But It's a good feeling knowing that anyone who comes into the system, especially the fringe guys. Will either be on a good development path, or out the door. And our top guys are clearly pretty good at diagnosing which it will be.

Bill likes the trade... so it must be dumb AF.

Would Al work better here because Embiid and BS like to work in the post? Like I guess we could start him at PF then have him play backup center, but that contract is looooonnnnnggggg. We are pick and roll heavy, but I see similar issues with Horford and the Jazz as they are having in Philly.

Cavs are listening to offers for Love. I would rather trade for Love than for Horford. Exum and Conley for Love, Sexton and Delly. Keeps our Aussie fans happy and we get Ingles crime partner from national team. Sexton is quite promising too. It works on ESPN trade machine as well and improves us by 7 wins according to Hollinger analysis.

**** no. Don't need Love and Sexton is garbage

This. I honestly do not understand why they gave up on Neto. Injury? He's played more than exum. Size? He's no smaller than Conley, and imo he uses his size better. No idea what happened there. They gave up a reasonably decent backup for a question mark.
Injuries and he wasn't good enough

Al signed a 4/100M deal that is basically fully guaranteed... He might fit and would definitely give us that bench big... might help against the Lakers... I'd need at least one first to do the swap and would prefer a first and a high second that they have. Philly's front office isn't doing a great job.

Mudiay will go multiple possessions a game where he doesn't pass the ball one time. He also is worthless off the ball so by that virtue alone, he has the ball in his hands. His shot selection is also absolute garbage.
How can he have poor shot selection if he shoots 49% from the field?

He doesn't have the ideal shot chart, but for what he has to work with his selection of shots is excellent.

I'm not fully bought into Mudiay, but I do like how he plays. I really have unlimited confidence in Mudiay shooting the ball from 10 to 15 feet though. He's like Chris Paul Junior in that range right now.
