Nash has interest in Utah?

I totally believe this, because I am friends with Phoenix and they said that they know who you are, and you are a bad influence on Steve. They say you smoke crack with him. Thats why his face is ****ed up.

I'm friends with Tuscon, who is friends with Phoenix. They told me the same thing. Shame on you.

I'm not sure if we could land Steve Nash but I think John Nash is certainly in the realm of possibility.

Is it assumed Nash is a one year contract type guy at this point? Because that's easily a risk you take if that's all he is looking for.

.....some NBA clown writer said Nash is going to be looking for a big pay check next year. Whether that means one year or multiple years, I don't know. Nash is still productive, that's for sure!

Id rather hang my hopes on landing Harden and he be the one to push us over the top, rather than Nash.

....so you'd rather rest your hopes on a guy who's beard is so long....he's still tasting his soup 2 hours after hes ate it??? Nash is getting old, but seems, like Stockton was, undestructible!

Get lucky. Land 8th pick.
Trade Bell for a 2nd rounder.
Trade Watson for a 2nd rounder.
Trade Big Al, 8th pick and two future 2nds to move up and draft MKG. In 2nd round, draft Jenkins, Crowder, and Machado who can learn under Nash.
Re-sign Tinsley and Carroll
Sign Nash
Sign Stiemsma to be 4th big
Trade Harris for anything

Nash-Tinsley-Machado
Hayward-Burks-Jenkins
MKG-Carroll-Crowder
Millsap-Kanter
Favors-Stiemsma

Improved defense with the additions of MKG, Crowder and Stiemsma. Improved toughness with Crowder and MKG. Improved leadership with Nash, MKG and Crowder. Improved shooting with Nash and Jenkins. Improved passing with Nash.

Improved. 50-55 wins. A future pg hopefully in Machado. Way better at the 3. And still a ton of cap room in '13.

I'd love to have Nash here, but my gut tells me Corbin will just **** it all up. We should bring both Nash and D'antoni in next year.

Historically the Jazz have shown a tendancy toward signing and hanging on to older players, and I'm sure Nash is aware of that. Actually not such a crazy idea to bring him here at all....

When Nash was running the show in Phoenix and was surrounded by actual talent any one could have coached that team. I am speaking literally when I say there are a handful of posters on this board that could have coached those teams to 50 wins.

D'Antoni is a empty suit that was completely exposed in NY. Don't want him.

The proof... is in the picture.

Yes, I work(ed) for EA.

Why would people want Nash to coach or to go to a Phoenix system? That obviously didn't work, even with Nash at his best with the best supporting cast (in terms of how they fit his style of play and the system). I'm all for getting Nash, but we don't have to adopt the Phoenix system just because we get him. Just add more pick n' rolls in the offense and sign Brandon Rush.

I want Rondo.

Nash would be great even if we don't have a young PG for him to mentor .. his work with the other guys and his leadership would be invaluable.

Now get Rondo.

Rondo is the most overrated player in the league. His shot is the worse ive seen on a nba player. He will get exposed when kg,ray allen, and pierce are gone. The celtics know it and thats why they have been shopping him. Now to the nash thing. Nash has said himself that he would love to play for the heat and he wants a ring bad. With that being said nash is great on offense but is the worse pg on defense in the league. Big reason suns never won anything before. If i was jazz id stay away from nash and try to get a young pg in the draft or via free agency. Rondo though is not worth the money unless you can put 4 shooters on the floor with him.
