What's new

#2 pick

I don't understand why everyone thinks that the current Bobcats management is the management of old. They hired Rich Cho (understudy of the Thunder GM) and he has say on all their moves now. I don't see getting #2 without giving up our young guys and taking back their worst contracts.

I'm sure all of Jazzfanz is on the Rivers bandwagon now that Rivers let it slip that San Antonio is trying to move up to snag him. Jason might as well change the name to Spursfanz with all the SAS jocksniffing fans on this board. Probably more Spurs fans than Jazz fans at this point.

When did that come out? I go to a meeting for a few hours and I miss something like that?

teams don't give up top 5 picks unless they're getting a pretty sick combination of proven all-star talent and young prospects. so those who think al+burks+pick is too steep a price to pay, go review the history of trades involving top 5 picks. i think charlotte would hang up the phone if that was our best offer.

Steph Curry part 2? I think the Jazz and many other teams could find a place in their rotation for a player like that.

Not even close to Steph Curry. His shot isn't anywhere near as good and he doesn't have as good PG skills. He is Jamal Crawford/OJ Mayo/George Hill type combo guard who is looking to shoot first.

I agree with you. That probably will not be enough. My point is that if I am the Jazz I take the gamble on what we have because the #2 pick is not sure fire. If it was the discussion would be different. If it was Anthony Davis I would do that immediately.

The only trade that comes to mind was when Boston traded the #5 pick for Ray Allen.

Oh larry.....

Hey mods. Remember when I got an infraction for doing the exact same thing? And remember how I said you are crooked and play favorites. Well, if you dont give him an infraction, then Im right. Arent I? And another thing, I own you mods. Dont get mad that I am shining light on your corrupt ways.

To the community....

If you dont flame hard on this guy, then you are nothing but a bunch of hypocrits. And I am right once again. I own all of you, and I am a bigger man than any of you.

.

Wrong.

I never flamed you for it and I won't flame Larry for it. To do so would be hypocritical. Proof you are wrong.

In the words of my 5 year old "In Your Face!"

I like Larry, so in my opinion he can do whatever he wants.

You, on the other hand...

Also Larry, if you wanted to be fun and cool like me, then all you had to do is ask. I could teach you. You dont need to attack me if you want to be my friend. I dont know if you were raised by a pack of wolves or whatever, but that isnt how you do it in a civilized world.
