Thinking back over the last 10 years, the Jazz pinned their hope on the youth of their time back then and we ended up seeing the the following guys pass through,.
Donovan Mitchell
Rudy Gobert
Royce O Neale
Gordon Hayward
Alec Burks
Trey Lyles
Enes Kanter
Rodney Hood
Derrick Favors
Trey Burke...
Basically it all comes down to one guy. Tim Connelly. Wasn't he the Nuggets GM that traded Donovan Mitchell and Gobert to us before becoming Minnesota GM where he gave up a ton in order to get Gobert? As a Jazz fan, I'm also a huge fan of what Tim has done for us.
THT is fat and clumsy (Not sure why people try to talk him up). Sexton is small and seems to have low IQ. Both need work but THT's saving grace for now is that he is young. Both need to put in consistent effort to improve. However, there is potential there and that is what matters for now. If...
There is no need for us to tank. However, the timberwolves and worst of nets/76ers/rockets pick could be useful under certain circumstances.
This is a game where it wasn't so bad that we lost since it keeps the Wizards ahead of the nets and 76ers. Basically so long as we beat the nets, 76ers...
He's been riding the village bicycle for years.. but really does anyone care about this sort of stuff ?

The Finisher is a star to me. I think the trade that brought him to the Jazz was well worth it. 7' players with agility and skill aren't so easy to obtain. Hopefully, as defenses pick up and learn more about the Jazz, he continues to adapt and grow. Clearly there were a bunch of other assets...
Regardless of what happens, I feel a lot better about the team as it looks this year as compared to last year. I won't mind some modifications here or there, but if the front office made changes to force a tank from here I'd be kind of disappointed.
The only young player that turned out to be anything from that era was G.Hayward. The rest just weren't good enough to crack the roster. In a competitive environment, if the youth don't have enough talent to shift the vets then perhaps there is a reason why they are on the bench (tank or otherwise)
Turnovers seemed to be the problem for us but understandable given that they have only recently been thrown together.
Doke on the sidelines looks like he ate too many cookies.
The problem with letting this situation slide with no consequence is that it enables some potential problematic behaviors:
1. Enables and allows potential bullying:
eg. If this were some Asian player and one of the core team members gets in his grill and throws down some Asian slurs... after...
Green was seen to be calling out Sarver to be banned as an owner for his words. because it goes against what the NBA stands for. His sucker punch deserves nothing less than a ban otherwise Green is just a hypocrit.
The dude wanted a guy banned over words yet throws a sucker punch with what seems to be intent to physically harm.
I think it would be insane if Green were to receive anything less than a complete ban, just return to return to the court and make a mockery of the sport. Ban someone for words but...
There aren't many media outlets that like to talk in-depth and with close organizational contact about the Jazz. Regardless of take, it is an opinion and voice like any other that I take into consideration and am happy to listen to.
All I know is that as someone on the other side of the Earth...
