    Iffy Rumor: Bledsoe

I suddenly became very sad at the prospect of Millsap not being on the Jazz anymore. I've been beating the trade drum as hard as anyone, and I know he's probably gone after the year anyway, but I'll miss the hell out of him as a player.

Either him or Caron Butler, yes. Hopefully a third team could be found and included somehow, because I think that's a better deal for both sides.

    OFFICIAL: Trade Deadline Thread

I have to think Jefferson makes more sense for them than Millsap. He can play C, which Sap can not, and he's much better at providing half court offense, which has been a problem for LA all year. I think he'd be a lot more likely to re-sign, too. The only hold up is that they'd have to find more...

    Lakers want Bell

So who wants to come with me to drive Roger to the airport?

    How are we not bad?

We're 22-7 against teams under .500. We're 8-17 against teams above .500. So, we've played 4 more games against sub .500 teams. We are currently 6 games above .500. I'll go with a favorable schedule, the first month of the year notwithstanding.

All else being equal, who would you rather have running the Jazz: Bledsoe or Burke

Really? I haven't been paying much attention to mock drafts, didn't realize his stock had risen.

All else being equal, who would you rather have running the Jazz: Bledsoe or Burke

I have a bro-crush on Marcus Smart, so I'd pick him. But Bledsoe has already established himself in the NBA, and while he might not be what you'd traditionally think of in a PG, he can play. Plus the thought of him, Burks, and Hayward all creating plays for each other does get me kind of frisky.

    Which deal do you take?

I really don't care who of the two is traded, so long as at least one is and the Jazz get assets back in return. Both of those bigs are gone after the year, or at least they should be. We're all afraid that one or both of them is going to be re-signed, but it's not a safe assumption that either...

    Which deal do you take?

Where's the "both" option? If I have to pick one, Jefferson for Splitter, because I'd rather keep Millsap over Jeffy if one of them has to be re-signed.

    Millsap for Bledsoe?

    Hopefully he does both deals.

Which one? I think the Garnett deal makes a ton of sense.

4 of the ten, Worst 4 lineups in the NBA.

8-17 (or 32%). 22-7 against below .500 teams (about 76%). So, yeah, if we somehow manage to play against below .500 teams in the playoffs, we'll be fine.

    Last poll on this matter.

If they keep one, I hope it's Millsap. He'd (theoretically) be cheaper, he'd combo better with both of the big men, he's been a rock for the franchise since he was drafted, and you'd (theoretically) get a better return from trading Jefferson. However, neither should be kept for the simple...

I just love that Burks kid so much. It's a joy to watch him play.

Jazz trade Paul Millsap to the Knicks for Iman Shumpert?

Seems redundant with Burks. Maybe send Shumpert to Phoenix for Dudley or Dragic?

So according to Rich Bucher, in order to be able to afford Gordan Hayward's extension, the Jazz will keep the more expensive player between Jefferson and Millsap?

#49 Seattle Kings @ Utah Jazz Monday 7pm

Terrific, aggressive layup by Burks. Better bring in Tinsley.#corbinlogic
